My Key Accomplishments
Time for some boasting. Here are some of my awards and details of my past performances. Its not much, but it is some recognition of my growth and development as a musician/pianist. I hope to be able to fill this page with more.
2023
Debut Recital at Carnegie Hall, NYC
As a winner of American Virtuoso International Music Competition, I was Invited to perform at the coveted Carnegie Hall (Weil Recital Hall). On Dec 22, 2023.
Along side 20 other exceptionally talented musicians from across the world, I performed Chopin's Ballad #2 on a Steinway Concert Grand.

Honorable Mention - Music int he Romantic Period
Participated in the AVIMC winter edition competition. I am elated to have received this award from some very well known judges.
This award gets me the invitation and the opportunity to perform at The Carnegie Hall, NY On December 22, 2023. It was a great experience and I'm so grateful to my mentors Dr. Vivian and Pettigrew.
2022
Singapore Raffles International Music Festival
Bronze Prize
I managed to make it to the finals and then was awarded a Bronze prize for the 14-17 years category (Youth). There was no Gold awarded for this category this year.
Most Distinguished Performance of Frederic Chopin
Had the honor and privilege to participate in the finals of the International Piano Professionals Association's Conero International Piano Competition that was held live in Italy. This was my first in-person competition. Was supper thrilled when I was awarded this special award for my recital of Frederic Chopin's Ballad No. 2.
It was a great experience to perform along side some exceptionally talented pianists from across the globe.
Associate Diploma - Trinity College of London
ATCL - Distinction
All the effort finally paid off. I was awarded with the diploma for my ATCL recital. It was more intensive than what I thought. Having passed Trinity 8th Grade piano with 96/100, I imagined that I would breeze through this one, but I was wrong. This year of practice and learning from great masters across the world, taught me so much about performance and giving my fullest.
I'm super thrilled with the comments that I received from the examiners at Trinity and them awarding me with a Distinction. Looking forward to much more in the coming years.
Outstanding Performance Award
International Piano Professionals Association - IPPA
As a part of the Outstanding Pianist Showcase program, My performances of Beethoven's Sonata Pathetique and Chopin's Grande Valse Brillante were selected for the session 2 Award. I'm super thrilled with this from such an esteemed and renowned international organization. What's cool is that I now directly progress to the semi-finals of the Conero International Music competition (https://ippafestival.com/competition/)

First Prize
Grand Prize Virtuoso London International Music Competition
Opening 2022 with my first win for the year. This was another online competition. The prize included an opportunity to perform at the Royal Albert Hall in London - but the organizers expressed their inability to invite due to restrictions on account of the pandemic.
Third Prize
Franz Liszt Center, Spain.
International Piano Competition
I performed a repertoire of 17 minutes that included works of Beethoven and Chopin.
2021
First Prize
This was for the 2021 summer competition. I played Beethoven's Sonata Pathetique (in C minor) all three movements.
I won this award for the 11 to 13 years age category
Second Prize
I had made a submission of the first movement of Beethoven's Sonata no 8 without the repeats to keep it within the 8 min permitted for this competition. I received this award for the juniors category.
Third Prize
Marker and Pioneer (MAP)
International Competition
Again it was my Piano Sonata Pathetique first movement. After the first round, I was moved to the finals, but the same video was used for judging the final round as well. This was in the 11-13 years category
Fifth Prize
Napolinova International Piano Competition
For the age group 12-18 years, I was presented with the 5th Prize/Honors award.
Concert Performance
Budding Brigade - Young Talent Concert Series
Organized by the Stop Gaps Cultural Academy, in collaboration with the National Center for Performing Arts and Furtados, this is an annual concert aimed at showcasing the countries upcoming young classical musical talents. I was selected as one of the 12 performers for this recital for the year 2021.
